Well everyone Bakerella has done it again. Is there anything that she can't make look delicious? Cheesecake wow when you thought you can get no better. I don't know about you. Trying out the Tuesday Topper

Hello everyone. I thought I would try my hand at some fondant toppers. Over at thefrostedcakencookie she is wonderful with making these miniature creations. I figured since I am horrible with fondant and we are always battling. Heck why not give it a try. She has these wonderful tutorials and if she can teach me. She can teach anyone. So here is my interpretation of the cupcake Tuesday topper.

I know I know. I am no professional. But I have to say I was not disappointed with how they came out. Because when I say me and fondant do not get along. That is an understatement. But I could not stop myself at just one. I had to try and make a couple more and see how small I could get them. I decided OK this is getting a little crazy so I will stop at three. Which who wouldn't love a mommy cuppie, a daddy cuppie and little baby cuppie! So if you want to learn how to make these. Go over to their site cause she is awesome in teaching you how to make these wonderful miniature creations.

Homemade Pretzels

My darling son has been asking for me to make some homemade pretzels. This was something we had tried a couple years ago without very good results. I decided to try this recipe that I found online @www. wikihow.com. Not knowing what to expect or how they would come out. I was on this venture alone. While he was at school. So I followed the directions as listed on the site besides letting it set over night. If you have boys you know what I mean. They want it right then and there. Here was the end result.

And yes my darling son had to make sure he had the first bite.

Even though they may not look quite like store bought. They definitely came out yummy! I would recommend trying this recipe out if you are a pretzel lover. There is nothing better than saying I made it from scratch. I like my pretzels with mustard. How do you like yours? Leave me a comment and tell me what your favorite pretzel is!

Who doesn't love homemade?

Well it has now become a tradition in my home to make our own pizza. I mean who doesn't like a good pizza? These days we have to watch what we spend and where we spend it. I asked my hubby one day. How about we try to make our own pizza? Wouldn't it be great if we could make pizza whenever we wanted? Well let me just say. My husband has taken over and he loves to make our family pizza. Look what a great job he does. Now wouldn't you want to be able to tell your friends and family. That you made this all on your own?

Hello everyone. I had a late start for Mother's Day and to be honest didn't really do much as far as baking. What can I say I am a mom and I needed a break too. But I would love to see what was being baked over the holiday weekend. Please come by and share.
